Experience: A minimum of 8 - 10 years in infrastructure and civil work construction, preferably some years in Township, Residents and Landed Housing Project. Skills: Must be self motivated and independent, well organized, able to thrive in a fluid, demanding, and fast growth culture. In addition the position requires the following: Well – developed construction Management skills. Good interpersonal, written, analytical and quantitative skills Work under pressure and work well as a team player Flexible work hours in addition to normal business hours Ability to understand a variety of subjects related to Housing construction. Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work well with little supervision. Detail-oriented and self-motivated high achiever with ability to multi-task, commitment to producing high-quality work, and facility to learn complex material. Able to work with client, consultants, local governmental agencies, land owners and other experts. Skilled in use Microsoft Office and related software. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following, other duties may be assigned Manage, coordinate, and supervise the construction activities prior to the start of construction through final completion and acceptance of the project. Responsible for coordinating and managing people, material, equipment, project budget, schedule, quality assurance and control, contract requirements, and safety of employees and the general public. Direct monitor the progress of construction activities by working with sub-contractors, construction engineer, supervisors, quality and safety personnel and others. Responsible for verifying that all necessary permits and licenses are in-place prior to the start of construction and monitor compliance with building and safety codes and other regulations. Working closely with the Project Manager the incumbent will be responsible for a controlled transition of the project from the construction phase to turnover to the operation and maintenance.
