As the HR & GA Assistant Manager, the incumbent will report to the HR Manager and will be responsible of the day to day work in managing the work force in the company. He/she will be the model for other employees. Qualification required : The incumbent should have at least S1 degree. Having a higher degree is an advantage. The incumbent should have at least 5 years working experience in managing the work force of a manufacturing organization with a large number of employees. He/she should have a broad knowledge of human resources management; such as industrial relations, handling labour dispute, training, company policy, job description, grading systems, and other human resources aspects. He/she has experienced conducting general training for employees. He/she has good relations with local authority. He/she has experienced in managing human resources administration. Has experienced in managing overall general affairs matters of a plant.
