ANAGEMENT TRAINEE

Responsibilities:

  • Receives training and perfoms duties in several departments such as Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Learns line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.
  • Sets performance goals and objectives with upper management.
  • Monitors performance progress with management
  • Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
  • Receives training in functions and operations of related departments to facilitate subsequent transferability between departments and to provide greater promotional opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Male
  • Min. 30 years of age
  • Holding a minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university in any discipline with minimum GPA 3.00, preferably in Finance & Accounting or Business Administration.
  • Demonstrate leadership skills and possesses excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills with a high sense of urgency and commitment.
  • Mature, self-motivated, confident and able to work effectively with internal and external parties.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure to achieve project goals within tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English (written & oral)
  • Computer literate skill

Willing to travel and to re-locate to other cities in Indonesia
