Qualifications: |
- Fluent in English is a must
- Other languages fluency such as Mandarin or German is an adding advantage
- Female, maximum age 30 years old
- Graduated from reputable Secretarial Academy or S1 in Administration
- Minimum 1-2 year experiences with similar position
- Excellent in handling general secretarial duties including correspondence, presentation preparation, meeting arrangement, booking of accommodations and document filling
- Must be computer literate and good in using Microsoft office applications
- Independent and able to perform multitasking
- Detail oriented and deliver tasks on time
- Pleasant personality, good team work & good communication skill
- Able to work efficiently and under pressure
