RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will be responsible for providing the full spectrum of human resource support in the areas of manpower planning, recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, training and development as well as performance management.
- You will coordinate HR activities and undertake specific HRM projects to build HR systems and develop HR policies & procedures.
- You will serve as a HR business partner working closely with line managers to drive business and people results. At the initial stage of the startup phase, your main task will be primarily focusing in recruitment activities as well as working on establishing the various HR policies for the new plant. Long working hours are expected during the startup phase.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree in HR or its equivalent with at least 4-5 years of broad experience in human resources.
- Hands-on person with a high level of energy working independently in a fast paced and lean environment.
- Positive, diligent and meticulous individual who has good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and a passion for HR work.
- Proficient with MS Powerpoint
